Three Days Off

Friday, we went to the State House of Boston. It is more like a view spot than a government building. In China, even in a small county, and say nothing of getting into the building, no one can enter the gate of government except those officers and there are many soldiers patrol around it. After we got into it, we found it was so awesome! It just looks like a museum, which shows the history of Boston government from its first foundation. There is a huge hall with a big and well-decorated dome above. Oh that was amazing. And when it comes to the representative conference hall, I can only see this on TV before. Everything is new to me. Everything is different from Chinese government.

On the weekend, we made a very very special dinner. We made brownie by ourselves through the methods we searched online, which were very delicious. And we cooked a very strange “traditional” Chinese food. We did not even know the food can be eaten or not. It contained dumplings, fish balls, pork, crab meat and potato with some spicy soy sauce called “Lao Gan Ma” and we still ate it. Well…it tasted good.
