independence day & state house

this week, we have a blast travelling, visitting The Massachusetts State House. When i first saw the dome of the house, what i am amazed is that such a huge and beautiful golden dome, under the reflecting of sun beam, it is shinny with gleaming lights. From the explaination of orator, this building was compliated on Jan. 11st, 1798. And then this building was rebuilt with some additions. Finally, the building becomes what we saw today. Inside of the House, that is like a museum, many old housing room and reception room is available for guests to sightsee at. from those sights, i can feel that many years ago, before the from of China, before the demacracy went to China, Ameircan government had developed their house system, and do it well to enforce their contury. In the House, the historical legacies are telling about the glory and firmness of that era. House, which is like Congress, can decide many magnitude affairs and bills. All i can feel today, is the glory of the power in the government.

This Sunday, is a special day, independence day of America. For celebrating this markable date, at night government (or someone else) hold a big show of firework. although we waitted for a while(4 hours), and hard to find a suitable position, we appreciate the fire work, which is really fascinating and excellent. when the fire work explored and emitted over the sky, lighting streaks from cloud to cloud. all beautiful sparks flamed forming special pictures. and in the end of this work, everyone makes applause arround the river bank, cheering up for the birthday of America.

  1. The firework on independence day was so beautiful! I wait for totally 10 hours under the sun that day but I think it was really worthy. Generally speaking, your journal is pretty good and I can see you listen to the guide carefully that day! Good job! Keep going~
